This project involved transforming a brand new commercial steel frame cladded building shell into a fully functional veterinary practice that primarily serves farm animals.

Our team was responsible for a wide range of construction and fit-out tasks, ensuring that the practice met the highest standards of functionality and safety. We began by installing new windows and the necessary support steelwork to the main structure, to allow more natural light into the space. To create the internal layout, we installed full height Fermacell partitions, providing durable and effective partitioning between different areas of the practice.

The project also included the installation of MF drop ceilings, which contributed to the professional and clean finish of the interior spaces. Our full mechanical and electrical package covered everything from air conditioning and mechanical ventilation to heating, power, and a comprehensive fire alarm system, ensuring that the practice is both comfortable and safe for staff and animals alike.

In addition to these core services, we completed a full decoration package, and the installation of non-slip vinyl safety flooring throughout the facility. The fit out was complemented by the installation of a custom-made reception counter, which serves as the welcoming face of the practice. Our works also included the fitting of all new internal fire doors and architraves to enhance both safety and aesthetic appeal.

To support the practice’s specific needs, we installed kitchenettes in various rooms, providing essential facilities for staff. Furthermore, we formed a small laboratory within the practice, enabling on-site diagnostic work, and created a dedicated storeroom for the secure storage of veterinary equipment.
